Like all the brickfields in Bangladesh, the laborers are so hard workers. The heat from the sun above and heat from the bottom brick burning stove make it more difficult. The laborers become sweaty & lose a lot of calories. So the company provides them the salines. In this particular scene two hardworking laborers carrying a van full of sun-dried bricks to the brick burning stove. It's not an automated brickfield so the rainy and cloudy day is bad news for brickfield authority. The photo has been taken from a green beautiful village called Anjangachi (Bengali: অঞ্জনগাছী) in Kushtia district of Southern Bangladesh. An interesting fact: see the birds on the top of the brick-clay mound? Those birds actually dig a hole & lives in there. Even though the laborers collect soil from the mound to make bricks but still the birds stay there, lived & lay eggs.
